Earth rocks - Rocks are one or more types of minerals combined together to form solid solids on Earth. Igneous rocks of one mineral are monomineralic rocks, and those of two minerals are dimineralic rocks. Irregular rocks with multiple minerals are also known as polymineralic rocks. Scholars believe that polymineralic rocks are the most abundant on Earth.
